Note:
1. MapPackages were created using ArcGIS version 10.5.0
2. To avoid version incompatibility issues it is recommended to use version 10.5.0 or later.

Loading files:

Option 1
1. Start ArcMap
2. Drag and drop the "mpk" file into application.

Option 2
Please do the following, if the above does not work:
1. Start ArcMap and open the toolbox.
2. Navigate to Data Management Tools>Package>Extract Package.
3. Double click on “Extract Package”.
4. Browse to open the "mpk" file.
5. Specify the output folder.
