README QGIS GeoPackage

Note:
1. QGIS project and GeoPackage files were created using a previous version of QGIS (i.e., not most current). To avoid version incompatibility issues use an earlier version. It is recommended to use QGIS version 3.8.

2. The QGIS project and GeoPackage files are compressed in the winzip file (*.zip).

3. Unpackage the .zip file contents into a folder on your computer - DO NOT RENAME any files as this will break data links in the QGIS project.

4. Ensure the .QGZ and .GPKG files are in the same folder location.

Loading files:
1. Start QGIS
2. Drag and drop the "qgz" file into application.
