The 1995 expedition of the RV Laurentian (University of Michigan) took place in Lake Huron and Lake Michigan.

When the data were loaded onto the Expedition Database (ED) of the Geological Survey of Canada, the expedition identifier used was “LH95”.

All previous Great Lakes geoscience expeditions during the 1990s were identified on ED by a 5-digit number:

91800 (MV Laurentian)
92800 (CCGS Griffon)
93800 (CCGS Griffon)
94800 (CCGS Samuel Risley)

LH95 will remain in ED, but it should have been identified as 95800 for consistency.
